Why we exist
A badly designed restaurant exhaust means kitchen smell in the dining room, stuffy air, condensation on the ceiling and a hard time at handover. Rebuilding engineering systems costs noticeably more than designing them correctly from the start. That is the whole reason this team works the way it does.
How we work
- Design in Revit (BIM). Every system is coordinated in 3D before installation. Clashes are removed on screen, and the estimate comes from the model, so it is transparent.
- All systems in one pair of hands. Kitchen exhaust with air balance, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical with spare capacity, water supply and drainage, water treatment for the equipment.
- Commissioning of every mode. The open kitchen does not smoke, the dining room does not smell and the equipment stays stable at peak hours.
- Service after launch. Once the venue is open, we take the systems on maintenance.
Engineering decisions made for each project
We do not apply templates. Every project is analysed for its architecture, climate, operating pattern, budget and energy efficiency, and the solution is adapted to that task. We work with proven equipment brands, follow international engineering standards and control the quality of installation ourselves.
